The COMPACTOR® piston press successfully solves in an economic way the problem of the material to press that
comes from a screening plant or the residues of industrial workmanship's.
The material to be treated reaches the COMPACTOR® directly from the slide of the channel screen or through a belt
conveyor.
A hydraulic stainless steel piston, operating by an oil pump, pushes the material into the friction pipe and
subsequently into the pipeline of carriage compacting it and draining it.
Drained water is collected in a small tank and discharged.
The COMPACTOR® press keeps down tran sport and disposal costs of the screening material up to 75%, thanks to the
joined phase of dehydration and squeezing.
The machine is simple and reliable during full time operating too, keeping operating costs very low.
