Nuove Energie S.r.l.'s Upper Management feels that the fields of ecological technology, wastewater treatment and the recovery of raw material in the main industrial processes are in rapid evolution. The increasingly pressing need for an internal organization capable of responding to the requests of medium-large clients, and of competing with national and international competitors calls for a rapid transformation of those companies working in the wastewater treatment systems sector.

Upper Management considers the adoption of an Administration System, based on internationally recognized standards that guarantee to all stakeholders that Nuove Energie S.r.l.'’s activities are based on quality standards for all parties involved, to be a fundamental instrument.

Nuove Energie S.r.l., therefore, establishes a Quality Policy aimed at the attainment of objectives that consent to continuous improvement in terms of the excellence of the production process and of customer service, as well as the constant development of pertinent markets.

Nuove Energie S.r.l. would therefore like to assure customers of the following:
• respect of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 norms;
• customer satisfaction in conformity with these norms;
• transparency of the entire system and consequently the possibility of verifying the same;
• the monitoring of customer satisfaction with the objective of continuous improvement;
• emphasis on quality that involves staff on all levels, since the performance of each individual reflects on the end
  result.

Specific objectives will be determined periodically in order to make the abovementioned goals operational and concretely measurable.

The correct application of this System, developed with the participation of the entire staff, allows us to:
• guarantee transparency of the Company's Internal Policy;
• determine procedures aimed at its attainment;
• verify its correct application;
• improve company culture and allow it to evolve toward total quality;
• establish an internal Administration System in constant evolution and answering to the principle of effectiveness,
  efficiency and affordability;
• develop a self-control system on behalf of the entire staff for the execution of individual tasks;
• focus on the improvement of internal organization.

To attain the objectives described above, the Upper Management commits itself to:
• raising awareness of the Company Policy throughout the entire structure;
• communicating the principles of Company Policy, raising awareness and including staff, suppliers and clients in the
  goals and objectives in terms of excellence in the production process and customer service;
• pursuing the continuous improvement of performance through the definition of measurable goals and objectives; goals
  and objectives are re-examined on at least a yearly basis;
• supplying the means of pursuing set goals;
• predisposing an organizational structure aimed at the attainment of the abovementioned;
• involving all personnel in the compliance of the current internal norms, instructions and procedures through constant
  information and training activities;
• Implementing constant control of the realization of that which is stated in the Manual, identifying problems, researching
  and introducing measures for the solution of quality problems;
• verifying the implementation of the Corrective and Preventative Actions taken;
• periodically reviewing conformity of the System with company politics, and making the necessary technical and
  organizational changes for the pursuit of said goals.

The quantitative goals are defined and recorded in occasion of the Re-examination of the Upper Management.

The individual objectives attributed to each internal company function are tailored to ultimately serve the commonly shared company goals.
